VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
Book a virtual appointment with a FAB Team member for a customized, one-on-one shopping experience from the comfort of your home!
How do virtual appointments work?
Book with your Wishlist: When you schedule your virtual appointment, you'll be asked for your fabric shopping wishlist. (What fabrics would you like to see during your appointment? How much yardage do you need? What is the project you're working on?)
Make your non-refundable $75 payment via invoice emailed after registering for an appointment. This payment must be received prior to the appointment date. The FAB team expends considerable time and effort in making your virtual shopping experience enjoyable and worthwhile. Our team curates fabrics based on your personal and project needs in preparation for your virtual shopping session. This payment covers our staff’s time and effort in the event of a no-show. This $75 deposit will be applied as a credit towards your final purchase.
When it's time for your appointment, simply click on to the Google Meet link in your confirmation email to sign on for your video call. During the 30 min appointment: the FAB Team will present the best matches we could find to your shopping list - customized just for you! If the $75 payment is not received prior to appointment, FABSCRAP will cancel or reschedule the appointment at their discretion.
Once you choose the fabrics you want to purchase, we will apply the $75 payment as a credit towards your purchase. You will pay any balance due + the cost of shipping your fabrics prior to them being shipped to you. As stated above, you will not receive any refund in the event you decide not to purchase any fabrics from FABSCRAP or if you decide to purchase less than $75 in fabric.
