HOW TO CANCEL IN DONORVIEW
If you are unable to attend a volunteer session or event, we strongly encourage you to cancel through your account portal.
To cancel a volunteer session or event registrations in your Donorview account, follow these Step-by-step instructions to cancel your ticket.
STEP 1: Log in to your portal and click on “Events.”
STEP 2: Open 'Events' dropdown menu and select the event title you wish to cancel
*Sorting Sessions are titled by week, select the week your session will take place
STEP 3: Select ‘Submit’ from the pop-up window.
Your session has been cancelled once this confirmation box appears!
